Shipping policy

We currently deliver in all Canada. We offer free delivery to Belcarra, BC for any product or purchase and some areas of Port Moody, BC for purchases over $90 CAD. We use carrier/shipping partners and the prices for shipping available on the checkout are calculated based on the fare charged by Canada Post. 

• Every product is handmade and we do not hold a large inventory. We ask you 3 days to prepare your order as we might need to make new candles before shipping if inventory is not available. 
• Delivery Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) will appear on the checkout depending on your address. If you have questions on the ETA, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate or attempt a fastest delivery. 
• If your item does not arrive or if it arrives damaged, please contact us for a refund or to check the best option. We value your satisfaction and will do our best to ensure you're happy!
